The place has changed over the years, not as good as it used to be...
It used to be a great place to work, but it has changed. A lot of really good people have left. Employees are not valued and especially annoying, they don't seem to value their Canadian customers like they used to. Even though sometimes necessary, they don't like "work from home". Very "clicky" and divided culture. Egos have taken over and I feel they have forgot where they came from.

Used to be good, went down the tubes
it was great when i started, but as more and more constant changes were made to the work, staff and evals things took a turn for the worst. i was a bilingual agent and there was literally never enough french coverage, and many times i was the only one on and could not take my breaks. scheduling became a joke, with possibly the worst scheduling manager ive ever had. he would make mistakes on your schedule then make you fix them yourself. there are definite cases of favoritism in play, with people who barely contribute getting bonuses while those picking up the slack were reprimanded for the lower scoring they got as a result of the extra work. there were many, many issues with the work, evals, and staff that i tried to bring up but were always ignored, even when i offered potential solutions. people were given raises after mere months of working there, while i never got one at all. i never recieved an evaluation until about 7 or 8 months into working there. i had had no way of knowing if i was doing the job well, and then by the time they started doing evals again i had bad habits that i had no way of knowing about that led to me eventually being let go. i have no bad blood on being let go, i get that you need to do whats best for the company and i wasnt cutting it. but to be clear, i never recieved any kind of support in the job until 2/3 of the way through my time there. back in 2018 this would have been a great place to work, but i would highly recommend against working there now unless you want to be part of a secretive, nontransparant, mismanaged, badly scheduled, chaotic workplace where you have no voice, and potentially no breaks if you are on the bilingual team.

Horrible hours and underpaid
The shifts were horrible and they constantly changed their metrics of evaluation. The low pay and no increase in wages or benefits offered. Their database is never updated with the new metrics in a timely manner.

Not what it appears
All the hype and promises are lies. Pay is mediocre at best. Terminations happen without cause or justification. No point in voicing opinions or working hard because the daughters will end up running things in the end. Find another company to apply at that respects hard work and loyalty.

Great work life balance but too many changes
You don't work weekends and your able to pretty much set your own schedule. But unfortunately they constantly change things such as your pay plan and perks.
