Work like a slave.
General Labourer (Former Employee) –  581 rivermede10 July 2019
overworked for very little pay. literally feels like slavery. the job alone is physically intense. you will be overworked. it is a job where all your energy will be drained out of your body by the middle of the shift. not to mention the extremely dirty environment. when you blow your nose or spit, you see all black from the dust inhaled. your clothes will be totally dirty. it is as if you got dipped in mud. This is not even an exageration.

i would recommend looking for a better job option. any job is better than this. have some respect for yourself.

Office Assistant (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON7 June 2019
Good group of co-workers for the most the part. Relaxed office atmosphere. Company benefits are good with the added bonus of RSP contribution matching. If you're looking for a Small Office environment and enjoy multitasking this would be a good fit.
Pros

A great place for a career
Driver (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON10 December 2018
This company has been a pleasure to work for. I get constant support from my supervisor and the owners. It is a family run business who is now introducing RSP's come 2019. If you are looking for longevity, this is the place for you.

Ram is a privately owned company, and has grown substantially over the last decade. It offers great benefits, salary, and other perks. Managers can be picky, but are very approachable. Overall, its a busy organization, and offers room to grow.

They pay well, but the owners and management do not treat their employee well and they are very disorganized and inconsistent in their business practices, which leads to them continuously losing staff.

Avoid this place at all cost
Mechanic, labour, driver, operator (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON7 May 2018
Overworked and grossly underpaid.
One of the worst working experiences I've ever had. The owners, simply put are greedy pigs who give no consideration or appreciation to there employees regardless of how hard you work. Completely Unsafe working conditions with zero opportunity to advance. Every 6 months this company has to rehire a new group of people because no one sticks around longer then that ...its a rotating door of new faces on a monthly basis because most people figure out real quick this place is nothing more then a scam. If your thinking of applying here....dont.
