also a great company
General Contractor (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB13 February 2018
no set hours you would work as long as the job took especially when it was emergency work, if a building had to boarded up or for example when a car had to be removed from a front wall of a garage.

An "all the time-in the move" kind of job.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Prishtina30 January 2018
I learned about the key points about how to sell a product, how to behave with costumers and how to set your "day benefit goals".
The best part about the job was traveling all the time house to house, and meeting all kind of people which in that age awakened my interest in psychology.
Pros
Traveling
Cons
Long hours without notice

Application asks too many personal questions
Too much personal info (Former Employee) –  Edmonton, AB6 November 2017
Application asks too many personal questions.

I am under non-disclosure agreement about my income and it's none of their business anyway.

It should be illegal for them to ask about your current income.
Pros
None
Cons
Asks too much personal information

Company went under
OH&S Manager - Edmonton (Former Employee) –  Edmonton, AB5 December 2016
Due to bad management company went under in Alberta.

Worked there for 5 years, some co-workers were very toxic. For one year I worked with an amazing CEO but after he left the company went under.

Good people
Technician (Former Employee) –  Midland, Ontario8 February 2015
Rainbow international is run by good honest people. They take safety seriously.
However like many companies in the area due to surplus of people and lack of jobs the trend is to take advantage of employees by paying minimal wages and expecting employees to do skilled, hazardous and both physically and mentally demanding work.

On the plus side the chance to move up is there and one could expect the wage to eventually be livable.
Pros
Good training, generally good attitudes.
Cons
Sometimes hours can be unpredictable, and wage doesn't match the work
