A Long Term Stable Employer
Web Developer (Former Employee) –  Victoria, BC9 January 2019
A research and program evaluation company that has been in business for at least 30 years with 5 offices across Canada. The most enjoyable part of the job was the flexible working hours. The hardest part of the job was the ever increasing complexity of the work with little room for errors.

Productive workplace for survey management
Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewer (Former Employee) –  Victoria, BC22 October 2018
A typical work day: check in with supervisor, check stats board, setup desk and files required, sit at computer terminal for hours till surveys are complete. Best part of the workplace culture: special holiday celebrations. What I learned most about this job is you must love a desk job. If you enjoy sitting for extended long periods of time with very little interaction with people and lots of keyboarding, data entry and calling people, this is the job for you.
Pros
Comfortable desk job.
Cons
Long hours sitting indoors and very little social interaction with others.

Research Analyst (Current Employee) –  Ottawa, ON7 August 2018
If you’re looking for a job that doesn’t involve a lot of stress then this is the job for you. All of the management/supervisors are over the top amazing, truly cannot say ANYTHING negative about them. Nick (head supervisor) is hands down one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet! The job itself is very knowledgeable as you work on different projects each shift and you gain knowledge from each phone call you conduct. It’s overall a great job to have either full or part time and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a fresh breath of air.
Pros
Flexible schedule, positive stress free environment, awesome supervisors/management
Cons
you’ll hear a telephone ringing tone even after you leave work haha

Work times are very flexible and you get the ability to put in your availability hours online every Tuesday.

The supervisors are very goal oriented and also understanding if you must leave due to any personal situations.

Typical day at work: 3 hours/night, call centre cubicle environment.

Hardest part of the job: the 1-hour each way TTC commute.

The most enjoyable part of the job: knowing it was a very short gig.
Pros
Reasonable rate per hour
Cons
Too many to comment at this time.

Telephone Interviewer (Former Employee) –  Ottawa, ON28 September 2017
This position was super flexible, excellent for students. As long as you try to get a good completion rate its a good filler job. It also forces you to apply to other jobs because you don't want to be there your entire life.

Working at a desk with computer using the callweb service in your own cubicle
Data Collection Clerk (Former Employee) –  Scarborough, ON5 July 2017
A typical day at work would go like this. I would come and sign in stating the time I came in and then meet with the team leader for any announcements, the after the team meeting would be over we would disperse to our designated seating . There I would sign in on the computer and open up the entry database system along with the call web service as well and begin calling different households.
Pros
Best performer of the day would recieve gift cards for different places
Cons
customers could be rude especially if you called later at night which is understandable

It's a great job for students as the hours are very flexible. Not much job security as hours can be lost easily with no work for weeks, and low pay.
