Reno Depot has regular safety speeches and train for the employees and care about there workers. My colleagues and managers where very team work oriented and tried to help each other when possible so we could get our daily tasks done if needed. My favorite part of the job was being able to help to customer with the best of my capability and making there time at Reno Depot easier.
Cashier (Former Employee) – Saint-Hubert, QC – 10 December 2018
It wasn't the best working environment. The bosses were always extremely rude (except for one of them) and didn't motivate me at my job at all. And during the winter, when there aren't many clients, time passes by very slowly.
The pay grade was low, not many opportunities to move forward in the company, management was terrible, no work life/job balance. the only advantage were the benefits that were given (vacations, sick days, etc...)
new business still had not perfected the work culture
Customer Service Cashier (Former Employee) – Pointe-Claire, QC – 19 September 2018
The managers were being instructed to try a new culture style which was new to all and it took awhile to appreciate it and feel confortable with it. Fast pace, fun customer service , teams eventually became strong
Employee and Security license (Current Employee) – Stouffville, ON – 11 August 2018
I started working there since winter 2017 (November) and I loved the atmosphere (Employees, Managers, Boss, other workers) but the reason for wanting a security job is to get a better understanding of what I want to be when I grow up (Police Officer, more specific K9 officer) as well as get as much knowledge as I can from as many jobs.
Fun competitive Spirit, Sales and Goal oriented, motivated work environment
