I would improve on supervisorial and managerial skills, as well as training for employees. During my time, there was little coordination between day and night workers, which left (night) work not accomplished or incomplete, and as such, added onto (day) workers load. Supervisors were more friends than supervisors and did not ensure work quality. Managers were fixated on the bottom line and had little contact with floor workers. Furthermore, better procedures with respect to product management would facilitate floor workers ability to meet client needs.
Je pense que ce serais incroyable si les gens pourrais enfin trouvé ce qu'il veulent ou le commander si il n'est pas disponible. Les employés des départements autres que caisses se sauvent et se cachent pour ne pas aider les clients, je les renverrai si j'étais gérante.
