Work/Life balance: Lots of load exerted on staff, considering the
lesser staff number, due to high turn-over.
They hire/release people on a continuous base.
Good for contracting and not for full-time, since anytime they release people, due to strict upper management and their conservative
style. empowering staff.
No room for advancement, as the company is restrictive.
Does not concentrate on the people side.
Diversity and respect:Most ethnic backgrounds are Russian/Armenian and mainly one faith.
If you are from other culture/faith, expect to hear statements and feel uncomfortable.
You cannot celebrate Christmas or Diwali for example.
They release people for no apparent reason.
No job stability/career advancement
High pay, free coffe, tea, nice staff
Conservative mindset upper management, ethnic/religious diversity, release staff frequently for no apparent reason
