Shamefully bad employee culture related to workload, management, lack of resources, and no room for advancement.
The staff were kind and desperate to keep people. The spoke of how the culture of the hospital has changed for the worse with the new administration who use fear and dismissed much of the managers and staff of the hospital when they came on board. The nurses live under a culture of fear.
