I worked for the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering as a project manager. Great training, great pay, great leadership from the faculty members.

Not enough resources, no additional support. Management is not prepared to support front line staff to hire enough resources to do the job well. Issues fall between the cracks. Management turn over, staff turnover. Some work really hard, some don't. Every one is stressed.

Pros

young dynamic environment

Cons

long hours
