The experience which I had with Queen's elite academy was positive and found as a very welcoming approach.The administration and academic staffs are all helpful for the new comers and very cooperative. It was very conducive working environment in general.

I had a great working experience at the school. The staff are very supportive and the working environment is very welcoming. I met a group of excellent people when I worked at the school.

Fast Pace and collaborative working environment

Diversified culture, people are diligent and friendly. Faculty are professional and serious about education. A good workplace where talents are valued.

save yourselves by not working there

IT Support Technician (Former Employee) - North York, ON - 2 March 2020

They never lay off people, they just prepare the resign letter for you and force you to sign so the school doesn't have to pay you extra and of course you won't get EI. You will have no insurance during work and no payment if you work for extra hours. Some teachers and the principal are amazing to work with, but the management team is awful, they have other brands so they don't pay attention to the school itself, they just want the teachers to give good marks and no trouble from students. They are NOT educators!!!! BTW, the school just established for 2-3 years, they lose more than 15 employees from 2018 until now. Do the math and think why. Save yourselves by not coming to this school, you deserve a better working environment!!!

A professionally run organization

A well organized no nonsense allowed place to work. Management supports the academic standards required by the ministry and principal provides leadership and support to the teachers.

Not overworked.. decent wages.

bad company

slim- no any benefits EAP. No Mat leave benefits, no short-term disability.you have to do more jobs for each employee. Everyday overtime job and no pay.No vacation.Deduction of salary.
