Key Account Manager (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – 19 February 2019
Counterpart: Disrespectful, unethical, deceiving, untruthful, untrusting
Management: lack of leadership, inefficient, ignore problems, does not know how to protect the team, lack of political power compared to the sales team
Hardest part of the job: being in the toxic environment, dealing with fake coworkers, lack of guidance, repetitive, job was misrepresented during interview, lack of communications, high turn over rate
Summary: If you're the type that speaks up for yourself or unjust situations, this company isn't for you; because they will bend the rules for their favorites. This has happened to a good amount of people over the past 3-4 years which HR is aware but choose to do nothing.
There are some good people in the company; however, just not within the larger Account Management or Sales teams.
Free lunches, dinners, and snacks, good benefits
Poor management, disrespectful counterparts
