Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.
Assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other inquiries.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Scheduled and entered all new client intakes into software system, and managed client profiles.
Steady work, ability to create good relationships with customers, good working environment.
Lack of structure, a lot of turn-over with staff.
