Lack of management.
Installer/duct installer (Former Employee) –  Hot Springs, AR23 February 2019
They did great with training me until I went to show them how I do things. They are stuck in a 90s way of doing things and that’s the only way to do them. They work good hours just don’t pay like they should I could do an install on my own and was making $12.50/hr any other company would pay $14-17/ hour. They relied on the tech for everything and scam people with a cool saver program. Poor company and worst people.
Pros
Decent hours
Cons
Bad management.

Installation Crew Member (Former Employee) –  Waco, TX24 May 2018
A typical work day started in the shop then we would go to a house call. Depending on what needed to be done, we would split up into teams. Members would start on either uninstalling the units or going out and getting materials needed for the job site. I learned so many different things. Mostly how to uninstall units, but I was versatile in learning the different aspects of the field. Management was good. Usually the workplace was hot and stuffy due to the summer heat and the jobs not having a/c. Hardest part of the job was having to deal with small, hot spaces. Those were the most difficult jobs. The best part part of the job was lunch because lunch was always on the boss.
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
Heat

Productive company, while providing excellent work services
Virtual - Business Manager (Former Employee) –  Remote5 February 2018
Quality Air Care is a great company to work for. The owner is highly motivated to obtain new clients. The feedback from customers is always great, stating how honest and willing he is to go the extra step. The Company is now dissolved but currently working under a new name of Specialty Services, LLC., which can provide a larger range of services with the same Quality service.

Could use some work
Former Installer (Former Employee) –  Main Office25 January 2018
Poorly run with too much emphasis on appearance not enough on really taking care of customers needs. A typical day was confusion brought on by having to go back behind others to do repairs...the number one guy next to the boss is lazy, sloppy worker with way too much power in the business. Most of the problems were/are caused by him, blamed on others and the owner thinks he hung the moon...THAT is the problem
Pros
There will be no PROS to this job until the afforementioned issues are addressed
Cons
Boss relies too much on his number one who really doesn't care, ..free ride with no threat of losing his job
