Field Supervisor (Former Employee) – Ontario – 17 January 2018
Some benefits are nice. Compensation for mileage is minimal. Micromanaged beyond belief. Company looks good and professional, but under the surface is a whole lot of drama and turmoil. High turn over. Little rewards. Benefits are group paid. Management are demeaning and condescending at times.
Little free time. Below average pay/compensation. Micromanagement.

If you're into quality control, and don't mind hands on work, it's definitely good experience. Lots of rules if you don't mind that. Good hours if you're a hard worker. Able to work at multiple locations, and meet new people.

They have contracts that mean nothing. Benefits you pay for and not very good. 50 hours a week min. With poor pay. Training if your lucky is minimum. The only good thing is fellow workers. Avoid avoid avoid.
There are none.
Long hours. Poor treatment of supervisors from management
The work will be ok if the office politics didn't get in the way

You will work at the client sites of q2. Most host sites are friendly and often if you encounter problems there it's because of other issues behind the scenes between clients office and Q2 office.
Some locations have downtime which means you get paid for not working. However, other locations like Newmarket often have loads of 'field supervisors' and 'regional supervisors' that should be shouldering work but don't so you'll be sweating both your expected productivity and making up for their slouching and numerous cigarette breaks.
Office politics makes for huge serious revolving door environment at Q2.
Brown Nosers are highly reward and kept on the leash perpetually right up to 'director' level. Keep looking for work and do not give termination notice when working here. Watch your paycheque for cuts.
Field Supervisor, Ontario Branch (Former Employee) – Newmarket, ON – 22 March 2017
Strongly dislike shift work. However teaches new members of the work force skills to compete within the market. Excellent management team and comprehensive training. Shifts can be long and projects can be very demanding but this is part of the job. Great Company, was a pleasure to be a member of the team.
Field Supervisor (Former Employee) – Newmarket, ON – 5 September 2016
Maximum work for minimum pay.
Co workers were great, which was about the only plus.
Hours of work depend on the location you are sent to. As a result, if you are on the afternoon shift, you may work 3pm to 12pm for a week at one place and the sent to a new job location the following week and the hours there may be 5pm to 5am.
Also, many times you don't find out where you are working until 2-3 hours before shift is to begin.

I would reccomend Q2 as a workplace for anyone looking to start out in the Quality Industry. Although the wagws are not great when starting there is ample oppurtunity for advancement if you are willing to put the work in.
