Good place to work
Truck Driver (Current Employee) - Acheson, AB - 12 November 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedBeen in the acheson location for over 5 years now. My dispatcher is good. Treats me well. Wish we had a proper night time shop person for when breakdowns happen we aren't waiting till next morning waisting time.

Good steady work
Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 12 September 2023
They will keep you busy. I enjoyed my time there. They gave me an open door as a new CDL holder. I wish the money could have been better but I think they have a better pay package now. Good place to learn oversize.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. I have moved up in my career here twice in the last couple of years and am treated very well by all who I work with.

Ok
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 9 May 2023
most of the people are nice but management will throw you under the bus every chance they get - you are always on call and not paid very good because of it

Great place to work.
Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 1 April 2023
Not just a number. They say family business and they really did make me feel like family. If I needed to be somewhere then would work to get me there and back with a load.

Lot of work.
Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 12 October 2022
Qline is a big company that runs newer equipment and trailers. State side and Canada. Time off when you need. Pet friendly. Easy company to get on with and with minimal experience.

New equipment but wages need improvement
Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 25 August 2022
Like the headings states wages need improving. It’s not unusual for the wages to change once or twice in a year without notice. If you’re on the road for stuck for repairs with no-load or a reset there is no compensation. It’s hard to get a hold of dispatch even in emergency situations. Newer under powered trucks but old trailers that constantly need repairing. Qline in the past was a great company to work for. Today they’re desperate for drivers so anyone will get hired on the spot. Good luck if this is your choice.

Not for everyone
Administrative Receptionist (Former Employee) - Corman Park, SK - 27 April 2022
HR looks over your shoulder at all times. Do not give qualified workers higher positions if available would rather hire younger with no experience. Really had no responsibilities but was constantly being watched. Felt very uncomfortable.
Pros
Most staff were wonderful, CEO was wonderful
Cons
Walking on eggshells

You're just a unit number
Truck Driver - Class 1 (Current Employee) - Acheson, AB - 25 October 2021
If you like just blindly working with no care for your own health and mental stability this is a great place for you. Management is out for themselves. You are basically a paid slave. Dedication, hard work, punctuality mean nothing. You are chewed up and spit out. Move on.
Pros
Get to stare out the window pondering how you got into such a terrible company
Cons
They will work you to death and pay you peanuts.

Great Company to Work For
Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 13 January 2021
Working here has been great - there is a lot of room for advancement and the people are wonderful. Both coworkers and management are all great to deal with; even though it is a bigger company it still has that small company feel to it.

Needs better training and support
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - Acheson, AB - 20 November 2019
Office is rank with Nepotism combined with a lack of training and procedures. Husband wife team makes things very difficult for all staff, the wife especially as she controls the husband who is a manager. If you are looking to work for a company that makes promised but gives no training this is the company for you then. Even after assured that work and home are seperate. This office has no direction, or teamwork due to the mis-management and bullying of employees to keep them down.

Ask lots of questions before applying here
Company Driver (Current Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 31 October 2019
I am a company driver. I have a family at home and I was gone for 2 months before they asked me if I wanted to have time off. The dispatchers are good for the most part but they are very slow in getting orders to u. The company drivers don't stop to help u if you are on the side of the road they just drive by. The management try to get u to do some really stupid things some times.

A very well run company
Security Officer (Current Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 7 October 2019
Just a great all around experience working there, the management listens well to employees and is very problem solving orientated. They also seem to genuinely care about the well being of their employees

Very Intense and Demanding
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 17 April 2019
The employees are quite good to work with though some employees are negative and allowed to continue in an unprofessional manner.
The Senior Management Team are lacking. One manager in particular is very unprofessional and lacks the ability to communicate in a friendly manner. This manager will explode and yell at employees in front of others and treats women in a demeaning fashion.
Employees are expected to work overtime with no compensation and are also on-call at all times.
Pros
Yearly BBQs
Cons
Management
