Oilfield
Typical oilfield company. Hire on promises of work. Trouble fulfilling the promises. Office heavy so sometimes answers can be slow as well as slow to implement.

Typical big promise no results company
Current employee here with PVT.. these guys would have been an awesome place to work 10+ years ago.. but now I believe too big of an outfit. To heavy with management and field supervisors. Below average pay and clapped out tired wore out junk equipment. Dispatchers seem OK but not recommended unless you want below average pay for a lotta BS.

Management and HR
Management and HR at the time was very poor, the leader wasn't very nice. However, staff was friendly. I kept true with the work at hands, however, my supervisor disliked me and if he was wrong on something HR protected him, they would back him up and fire anyone who they felt was a threat.

Great work environment very laid back easy to get along with everyone
Very good company to work for always busy and have work with competitive wages to reflect that. Good work environment great shop staff to work with and good management team .Very balanced work schedule they always work with the drivers and staff with scheduling to make it work for you. Good equipment it’s always maintained and if any issues it’s delt with in a timely manner.
