Toxic High School EnvironmentManagement has created a very toxic high school type environment. Individuals are hired/promoted because of their relationships, not due to credentials. Those that receive special treatment are able to take lunch breaks exceeding well over 90 mins and face no repercussions when angry clients express their desire to have their accounts reassigned. Management is unable to take employee feedback without getting offended. Instead, they will alienate you and talk behind your back. During the hiring process, they constantly talk down on potential candidate's resumes, credentials, etc. This is the norm as well after an interview has concluded. High turn over rate, the only employees that stay are those that are the least qualified and those that do no work. But, are rewarded for their relationships (i.e. external friendships, cousins, etc).

Great Culture with Meaningful WorkThe company takes culture to the next level especially during Covid. The company maintained the communication and bond through daily huddles, weekly Core Value recognition and online events such as Halloween & townhall meetings. In addition, I love how my managers has one-on-ones with me on a weekly basis to give feedback on how I'm doing and also support. I truly feel like I'm making an impact on the clients that I interact with. I can say that their Core Values is the company's DNA and during the interview, it's a pretty intense vetting process to ensure the candidate is a fit.

Amazing place to growI have been working at Push now for over 2 years. All I have to say is that the company truly recognizes hard work and the founders really do live by the phrase "Do what you love". There has been a lot of growth within my position of course, as working with any company would have, but every time I had an idea, suggestion or constructive feedback, my words were always welcome. If you love what you do, you work hard, and you want to grow as a human and within your career, Push is the right place for you.Ask the founders what they did for their employees during COVID and they will tell you that the lines of communication (as they have always been) were completely open. They made sure we had all the resources we needed for success and when it was safe enough, opened up the office with safety protocols in place for those who were comfortable enough to come in.The only downside about working for Push is that if you are not a team player, not proactive and not willing to put in some extra time to get the job done, you will not enjoy working here.
