No work life balance no respect

The job itself is fun if you enjoy customer service and physical labor, and stressful time related issues. If you want time off expect to call in sick. Really just a number and replaceable, so treat them as such.

Pros

A pension, even if they are attempting to get rid of that. Lots of hours.

Terrible union, work/life balance, just a number

Good and Bad

Good place to work, higher ups (CEO, Upper Management etc.) do not follow real science. Do not respect bodily autonomy. Mandates!? All the company cares about is public appearance and numbers.

I wouldn’t recommend working here unless you’re prepared to be laid off and rehired multiple times.Good spot if your younger and you still live at home and can afford the seniority wait.

Great co-workers, poor management

Pro: Co-workers are very friendly and supportive.Con: Management is fond of micromanaging workers. Team leads should be allowed complete autonomy in supervising their teams.
