Great Perks, Hard job

They benefits make it very hard to leave. The work puts a alot of stress and mental health problems on yourself. You have to take a beating from customers.

Company under reorganization. Good people. Stressful and high volume.

My experience was stressful with unreasonable expectations is high volume work. Difficult to establish work life balance. Reaching set goals was unrealistic and frustrating therefore unsatisfying. Enjoyed the people and managers. I believe if the department was not being restructured the environment would have been better. Lay offs, outsourcing, many changes were going on at the time.

Work experience, and good managers and co-workers

Cons

Stressful high volume workload, minimal training, unattainable goals set

Most of the employees were not sociable.

I choose not to submit a review for my last employer, PUROLATOR, since it will be publicly posted on INDEED's website. There were a lot of Management changes in my short time @ PUROLATOR. I worked for the FREIGHT division, but most of the employees worked for the COURIER division. The Benefits were the best part of the job.

Pros

They had great company benefits.

Cons

It was not a friendly or sociable workplace.

Good home based job

The company offers great training and ongoing support. Logistics/analytics for time on calls is clear and well measured. Great follow up with team leaders to improve time holds etc.

Pros

Team leaders are supportive and great training.

Cons

Wait times for IT support can blow call times and upset hateful customers
