6 questions about Working Culture at Purolator

The pace is extremely fast. At first, you will find it impossible, but it does get easier if you survive the first few weeks. If you continue to struggle beyond a certain time period though, even if you have made it into the union, the managers will make the job impossible and ride you till you quit. The union will not protect you. So perform or die.

The managers are gods. If you can work fast you will do fine. Working accurately and safely are worth bonus points. Be extremly fast at any cost and kiss your managers butt and you will have a fine, if degrading career.
