Fun for a while
Sorter (Current Employee) - Mount Hope, ON - 4 August 2022
It's union, that has pros and cons. The work is physically demanding. It helps if you can read an address lable and count to 100. Gets pretty boring after a while. Not always protected from the weather. Good people working there, but management doesn't challenge us enough. Steady shift but start and end times vary with volume. Opportunities for advancement are overrated and require decades of seniority. Benefits are mediocre, but you get them for a 30 hour shift. It's a job.
Pros
Union, benefits, nice people, not much responsibility
Cons
High school mentality, boring, no incentives

It good to work there, but so much unorganized management
Truck Driver - Class 1 (Current Employee) - Langley, BC - 4 August 2022
Very fast pace work, and physically demanding, so much favoritism at work, pay isn't good compared to work, hours are very odd, overall it not bad company to work.

Good work life balance
Accounting Clerk (Current Employee) - Mississauga, ON - 21 June 2022
Good work life balance. If learning is not your top priority and you are ok with average salary, this is the best place to work for. Low iteration rate
Pros
60% discounts on all shipping
Cons
Very limited career growth

Driver - Ok pay if you can stick it out.
Courier Driver (Current Employee) - Burnaby, BC - 5 January 2022
Unionized workplace. Fast paced and challenging. The pay is pretty good if you can make it 2 years. Co-workers were all fine. Mgmt only cares about your productivity, so if you’re good they will leave you alone.
Pros
Not stuck in an office or warehouse. Meeting customers on the road.
Cons
Unionized, so seniority rules. Heavy work load, expect lots of deliveries/pickups, as well as a high level of productivity. Some heavy lifting.

keep up or get out
Courier Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Guelph, ON - 15 December 2021
The 'management style' here is brutal. Basically, one either keeps up or gets out. There is very little union support. So NEVER say you can; 't or you won't or you need more training. Also, "being nice" (defined as always saying yes to any demand no matter how unreasonable or unethical) is expected. If you can learn quickly and execute without error and you don't mind being unappreciated the money and benefits are ok. Or if you have a masochistic bent and enjoy being overworked, brutally criticized and publically humiliated then this is the company for you.
Pros
good pay and benifits
Cons
cruel managers and a weak union

Good salary for the work we do.
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Belleville, ON - 26 May 2021
Union environment. Off site management, which at times can be difficult to get the support you need when you need it. Good team environment, working together to support each other to complete our daily tasks. We are required to lift up to 70 pounds.
Pros
Half hour unpaid lunch

Good job for uneducated persons
Courier Driver/ loading dock lead hang (Former Employee) - Red Deer, AB - 28 June 2018
Good job, keep in shape. Decent benefits and pay. Unionized, job security. Depending on shift, there are four ten hour days available. Management seems to not care about staff as much as they care about the numbers.

Environnement famille/travail presque nul
