Toxic work environment
I worked here for 2 years and I will say it was the worst experience . There was 1 person in management that I genuinely liked and respected . Everyone else including the owner were so rude and ignorant . They love to preach “ no gossiping, team work etc.” But it’s all so fake , the owner does not have basic people skills he’s so ignorant and only thinks about himself . I would never recommend anyone going here for orthodontic treatment or for a job 0/10

Best place I’ve worked it!
Best place I’ve worked it! Love the atmosphere. All the girls that work here are awesome, always fun and positive. Love the free lunch Thursdays. And the managers and owners are so encouraging and really helpful

Love working here!
I love working at Pure! Everyone is so friendly and such a great group of women to work with. Managers are all supportive and understanding. I have nothing but positive things to say. Work is great, pay is great. And they always take the time to listen and improve the working environment. So happy to be part of such an incredible team!

Wouldn’t recommend working here
Sadly this company has very poor management. They do not communicate with their staff whatsoever nor do they appreciate the work that’s done. It’s a very toxic work environment as you feel like your walking on egg shells and could be terminated for asking for the bare minimum. The turn over rate is insanely high due to the toxic work environment. Employees either quit due to micromanagement or the fact they have additional roles added to their position with no new contracts or additional pay. I would not recommend working here unless you want to be over worked, underpaid , taken advantage of and bullied by management!!

Such a fun and positive place to work!
I loved working here! Such an amazing group of women and doctors to work with. Everyone is so supportive and positive. The owner is always happy, upbeat and always helpful with any questions and support. They had a great training program, and they are always there to help. This place really helped advance my career. They had such a great reputation, that I got recruited so quickly as soon as I moved to Calgary. I made such a great friends, and they have become like a family. Definitely recommend working here. I wish I could have stayed, but my family needed me to move.
