Awful benefits. Everything is do-it-yourself. There's no such thing as involuntary exit. They will recommend end of contract if you're not hitting your goal and it is up to you if you want to quit or request for an extension.
Talent Acquisition (Former Employee) – Makati City – 5 January 2018
The company is promising and there is a lot of opportunities for career growth but at the same time, a lot of politics too. When it comes to the location, it's too far from me as I currently live in Quezon City.
Most days I feel productive especially during peak season. I learned a lot about office works and recruitment. My workplace is very pro-employee. Sometimes I am challenged to do all works at the same time and since I work in the evening shift, it is really a must to be completely and physically fit. The most enjoyable part of my job is having enough time for myself and my family and enjoying employee programs same way I'm enjoying my job.
No free lunch, uniform and transportation allowance
Senior Recruiter (Current Employee) – Makati – 12 September 2017
they need to improve how they manage their employees. and the process in endorsing the employees to each account, they also need to improve what the employee would feel if not successfully processed after passing or graduating the training
Sr. Recruiter II / Talent Acquisition (Former Employee) – National Capital Region – 31 July 2017
Day to day work is fun. It's not stressful. I've learned a lot of things from PSG. They are very generous when it comes to training their employees. Management are very good and kind but still lacking some skills on understanding their employees situations. Workplace is a very typical call center like but it's a happy environment. Hardest part of the job is the implementation part of all the new projects. Even though it's a project and it's on a testing phase, they don't easily believe that a certain project is not workable for their employees and it will push their employees away.

Senior Recruiter II (Current Employee) – Makati City, MM – 16 July 2017
Work live balance is practiced. Gives value to their employees, clients and shareholder. Culture of the company is amazing. Management practices two way communication to address issue and provide appropriate resolution.
Not so good but great place to start your career in recruitment
Senior Recruiter (Former Employee) – Makati – 30 June 2017
Great place to learn but not really good for long term because of slow growth within the company. They also give low compensation. Instead of promoting their employees when expanding, they hire externally for managers who doesn't have experience in recruitment. (they have employees who are capable and knowledgeable of doing the same)
Sourcing Specialist (Former Employee) – Makity City – 24 May 2017
