Store Managers are provided with a booklet of behavioral questions that are based on the position you're applying for. They ask a lot of situation questions where they require specific examples in previous jobs. They also ask a lot of questions surrounding sales goals and staying motivated.
The interview process is a complete disaster. There is no actual interview process in this store, it's basically make up questions on the spot or call other stores beforehand and see what questions they have asked in previous interviews. While I was acting manager I had to do interviews and in order to ask questions I had to google what to ask, no questions were provided to me during my training.
