Fun place to work, management not the greatest
DOJ was great people wise. Any bullying or bad behaviour is quickly dealt with by management so that is a major plus. The office itself is in bad shape and needs new equipment.

Overall good but it depends on what department or who is your manager
Province has many good policies to enhance work-life balance and well-being of employee. But there are still toxic managers who think they are too powerful with their titles. They can write a very nice emails because it leaves a record in system but when verbally communicating to staff, they are the worst people I have ever seen in my entire professional working life!

Interesting work, management charge adverse
A very interesting place to work. Good job security and benefits. Very heavy workload. Working government is like being on a large ship. It actions are slow, direction is deliberate, and changeing coarse is hard.
