Chill management. Rarely will a person do overtime unless a specific schedule has been approved by both the manager and the employee. Money is "ehh" but the place makes up for it with how flexible everything is.

Productive and friendly workplace.
Prep Cook/Dishwasher (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC20 February 2017
I was a dishwasher for most time here, but quickly moved into food prep and other tasks. The hours were either from 9am to 3pm, or 3pm until closing (usually around 12am to 1 am). Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, it was easy communicate and getting things done working with the team.
