depending on the department, mangers are not knowledgeable in production, leading to a misunderstanding of what is possible at some stations. bonus system leaves lots to be desired and complaints aren't taken seriously.

Good place to work

It is really a good place to work and it is a fast paced environment. Little bit challenging sometimes. But management is very friendly. Lots of training time available aswell.
