Pronto
Pronto Courier (Current Employee) –  Arlington, TX23 October 2018
When you are free they never called and when you were busy they would call, they would only give you runs when they have work, but when you needed them to send runs they would send them to others

Very unprofessional and uncaring company
Truck driver (Former Employee) –  Arlington, TX12 August 2015
This companies only concern is making money for the company, when the driver is dispatched the delivery and pickup locations are most of the time a long distance in between which you do for no pay. When you call in to get contact info when location is wrong they tell you to contact the phone number on radio and when the situation happens again and you contact the customer then they tell you don't contact the customer. They also will not tell you most appointment times when you ask so you can prepare your delivery times, they tell you let us deal with that but then you don't know when you have to be there so you can't take breaks or necessity stops as needed.

The company doesn't care about the driver in the least, They will lie to you and if they ask you a question and you try to tell your side they tell you that don't care what you have to say and will interrupt you while you are talking.

They do not train the new drivers in their policies when you start driving and on the first day they put you in the truck and expect you to know their procedures just because you know how to drive doesn't mean you know how they want it done and after a month or more they will tell you after they have deducted money out of you pay that you done this wrong and this is a paperwork processing fee and we won't give it back.
Pros
Drive paclease truck
Cons
Not given time to take lunch, jobs are long distances between pickup and delivery, expected to unload heavy drums by hand alone.
