It is a good place with good people for individuals to start their career. One noticeable thing about this company is that they never promote internal employees who were there for years to higher positions. Instead, they always hire external people for slightly higher/managerial positions. This results in lacking motivation of the existing personnel who stop believing in career advancement.

A dynamic and interactive environment

Prollenium Medical Technologies is the only North American manufacturer of dermal fillers. This makes the company very unique and outstanding. It has a lot of growth potential and business opportunities in the coming years. Employees are engaged and do their best in their individual duties. There is a lot of departmental interactions so it is a rather fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Poor management dysfunctional organization

Stay away from this company not worth the effort.You don't need to qualify for the job just need to have good connection to get into the company and your job will come with fancy title and pay benefit. Workplace culture is toxic, organization dysfunctional, lack of communication between management and employees, zero transparency with organization development, unfair rewards system with below market pay, management reward incompetent leaders for failure and staff performance goes unnoticed, fancy facilities to keep up with product image (dermal filler) beneath fancy appearance lies the ugly corporate culture of poor and incompetent management that rewards office politics rather than employee performance.

Good place for work/life balance with security if you get hired full time

Fair place to work in these labour transient times. The pace was quick with light work so you can have a life outside of work. Staff were patient and helpful.

Prollenium has been a great place to work, everyone is supportive and friendly. They really make you feel like part of the family. As a rapidly growing company it is a very exciting time to work here.

Great people to work with

The environment there was extremely clean, as we all have to wear lab coats, hair nets, gloves, and sometimes masks. While I was working there, I learned how to work with a team effectively.
