This workplace was very toxic. Expect to be disrespected and taken advantage of. Expect the discrepancies you track to be debated and to not be corrected in a timely manner.The compensation is not worth your upfront costs as an owner operator.I spoke with a very long term company driver about pay one year end and was shocked to learn that I was making more than him in the very short while. That particular driver was always willing to do the most unsafe and labour intensive jobs. This company does not reward loyalty and hard work.

It has improved recently

Been driving for a while, it's been good pay and I've kept my head down. Some office workers have taken over management and it's more friendly now. Snacks for drivers and more benefits on the way. They're more flexible now too.

Dont waste your time working for this company

Unprofessional, Mangement acts like they are still in high school, they wil try to gossip and backstab you with other co workers at some point , Lots of bullying, and lack of respect for each other alot of yelling and aggressive behaviour. Just not a safe or pleasant work environment.minimum wage, and the stress of the job isn't worth it.. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Very unprofessional and unsafe

Unprofessional, in-house arguments, bullying, and lack of respect for each other. Physical fights, and aggressive behaviour. Things being thrown around the office in anger. Just not a safe or pleasant work environment.
