Why didn't I know about this company sooner! WOW!
Developer (Current Employee) –  Montréal, QC16 May 2019
It has been the best decision I ever made to join this company. From the great colleagues I get to interact with daily, to delicious hot meals, to challenging projects.

I don't know why it took me so long to find this company, I plan on staying here for a very long time.

The culture is simply awesome and getting better every day.
Pros
Free breakfast and lunch, Hackathons are amazing, best colleagues in town
Cons
location is not the greatest, parking not too good

Growing Company
Developer (Current Employee) –  Montréal, QC16 May 2019
I love not having to worry about what I’m going to have for breakfast and lunch, they take care of that and really try to make everyone feel appreciated. There’s a lot of events for the employees, especially in Engineering with regular meetups and hackathons to push the envelope. We’re always looking for new ways to improve the platform or test out new ideas.
Pros
all that food plus remote work
Cons
Not enough meeting rooms, they're always in demand

Make no mistake when they say e commerce they mean adult film industry
Marketing department (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC7 May 2019
Not a good place to work. There is zero job security they will tell you what you want to hear and fire you with no reason. The women in charge are superficial fake feminist name dropping constantly. They say there are proud of what they do but online for the job description they call it e commerce And it’s really just adult film industry. Do not be fooled by these people they wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Please AVOID at all costs!
Marketing (Former Employee) –  St. Henri, Qc.21 April 2019
First of all, you're working in the pornography industry. If you're ok with that, it may be a place that you'll be ok to work with. For the most part, it's a relaxed atmosphere. They spend almost too much time trying to make staff think it's a cool place, but fail wholeheartedly when it comes to things like wages, hours and micromanagement. Don't expect it to be a long-term position, they'll have gotten rid of you before year 2, if you haven'r left yourself by then.
Pros
cool & funky looking office, FREE breakfasts & lunches
Cons
you're working in PORNOGRAPHY, they micromanage the staff, EXTREMELY high turnover, FREE meals are VEGETARIAN, few people are there longer than 2 years. mediocre pay, absolutely no parking & out of way, only way for promotion is to kiss butt, they like to write up employees OFTEN for little to no reason

"Don't make a mistake or we'll fire you"
Web Developer (Current Employee) –  Montréal, QC5 September 2018
I work in web development and assist with the company's website. The work is decent and you learn about e-commerce, software development and digital content. The atmosphere at the office is very toxic due to low morale and a revolving door of employees. If you make a mistake and are only read the riot act then consider yourself lucky because you weren't fired. The co-workers are okay but management doesn't have a clue. The food is great. It's good for a starting job but most people use it as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.
Pros
The 30-minute lunch break is paid and breakfasts and lunches are partially subsidized
Cons
Low pay, appalling morale, high staff turnover, dilapidated building and tacky office décor, managers break promises and go back on their word, no parking spots, far from the metro, putting "Productions TMV" on your résumé is hardly the most prestigious item for a CV

Je ne veut pas inclure aucun détails d'un entreprise en transition.
Le travail avait tous pour être enrichissant mais la structure et gestion de l'entreprise n'est pas prête pour prendre de l’ampleur.
Pros
Repas inclut
