Car repair B
Good place to work, the pay and benefits are good. The company provides all training and PPE to work safe. We've gone over 2.5 years accident free. Alot of room for advancement if you are willing to work for it.

Horrible place Profit at all cost
Worst place I have ever worked. Office will lie and backstab they only care about them. Broken tools and old equipment constantly breaking down. High turnover rate explains everything. Some floor workers love to spread gossip like they are still in high school. If this place was so great then why can't they keep employees? Weak union that doesn't care i could go on and on. Higher ups refuse to get rid of the biggest problem.

Dangerous, poorly managed.
Good money and u can advance if you are a sheep. Management cuts corners they dont care about your health or safety. Expect to get cancer from chemicals and die before 70. If u are thinking of working here investigate their recent history. Insane high turn over rate. The lower your iq the further u will go here. Management in repair shop lie their faces off. Some co workers are very goofy.

Profit driven.
Good people. Poor culture. Highly profit driven while talking about being the employer of choice. Very divisive between management and union. Pay decent compared to other competing companies. No time to breath between jobs. Supervision/management wants more and more but won’t listen to employees when suggestions are made to help process. Plant Manager is a micro manager that has NO personality. Old facility that always has equipment break downs. Spend the least possible to keep stuff running. Band aid fixes everywhere…. Tarps hanging from the ceilings to catch water. In todays job market….. you can do better than this place.

Decent workplace low pay
Good working environment low pay considering inflation and cost of living. Other rail jobs pay more but the work life balance leans more to work. At Procor it leans more to life.
