Find a better company
Truck driver/ Owner Operator (Former Employee) –  Burlington, ON23 July 2018
Not a great place to work. No home time. Company doesn't treat their drivers well at all! No overtime pay. This company will always be looking for drivers it's not because of the work. But because of the lies and lack of respect they have for drivers.
Pros
Nothing great. Not alot of home time
Cons
Better when I leave

One of the worst places i ever worked
Bulk Driver (Former Employee) –  Ayr, ON22 July 2018
If you have a home life forget it in busy season...they will run you 16 hrs a day if they can..no overtime at all ...the disbatch for bulk drivers hasn't a clue of what goes on...they tell you 9 hrs..its whenever the truck is empty...so after you have done 30 plus calls and you still have product guess what they add more ..the guys that have been there for awhile are treated way better than you will ever be...
Pros
Lots of hours..hard frustrating work.
Cons
Disbatch ..no overtime..treated like your worthless

BULK PROPANE DELIVERY DRIVER (Current Employee) –  Ayr, ON10 May 2018
Great place with great people. If you are willing to learn, they are willing to teach, if you are just looking for something with a paycheque at the end of the week, this may not be for you.
Pros
Good equipment with repairs and maintenance done regularly, Safety bonus, Friendly working environment.
Cons
All drivers make same hourly (good or bad you all make the same), Overtime after 65 hours in a week, Long hours during peak periods in the year.

DZ Driver (Current Employee) –  Ayr,on14 July 2015
it generally an early start to the day, once arriving it time to do the circle truck check and get the truck ready. then get my paperwork and check my route for the day. once checks are complete its time to hit the road and get on with the run. an average day will be approx 9hrs and 24 to 28 customers. once run is complete i head back to the yard to reload for the next day.
Pros
work on my own at my pace
Cons
cold long winter
