A Little bit about us

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees who join in the workplace based on shared characteristics or life experiences. They are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace while driving the Prime’s vision, values and business objectives. The Women of Prime group supports and encourages women to advance their skills and leadership potential, Prime Veterans focuses on honoring and empowering those who served, and Alliance is committed to equality and inclusion by fostering a supportive and safe environment at Prime. African Americans of Prime strives to empower, support and develop African-Americans to achieve their truest potential at Prime and beyond.
