Work environment

No forced dispatch, never pressurized drivers. Very respectful environment. Pay is not bad either. Newer model trucks. No downtown Montreal customers, so less headache

Waste of time, do not work here

Company run by bunch of mentally challenged people. Pre-employment screening is slow, way too many demands compared to other companies while offering less than average pay. Simply put-just a waste of everybody's time.

Management do not tell you anything straight to your face, they play games behind you.

Family owned company, they value employees not based on their performance but rather than that how close you are to them. You will not be appreciated and valued.If you have potential and growing plans, do not go there.

Over bearing

It's not a good place to work they lie to get you. They reward stupidity. They harp on irrelevant actions. Too many people looking over your shoulder. They reduced pay and didn't inform employees.
