Stressful & Busy
Tension can be high sometimes and management does not always seem to realize how much work they are piling on CSRs. Not compensated for overtime work (job is salaried, not hourly) which is unfortunate. Coworkers are nice and everyone gets along with makes the days more enjoyable.

The good ,the bad ,the not ugly
The good, they have new equipment and the planners are great people to work for and they have lots of work. The bad ,the speed restrictions that they have in place because of insurance reasons is a little bit of a problem ,if they could work on that I would give this company a 4 star .There is no ugly ,lol

Best place to work
PGL is an inclusive and fair environment. I love working with this team. There is so much structure and they never let anyone fall behind. Management is helpful and provides solutions! Really pleased to work with such a fantastic crew.

Very bad management. Untrustfull company.
On face these tell you different story and in reality the opposite had happened. Absolutely no respect and poor management. Lastly try to stay away from them.

Don’t bother going here, worst place I’ve ever worked.
Management only cares about loads and how to steal money off your pay. Sign a contract and they don’t honour it. Loads of free work.Find a different job.
