Russian and Canadian people get along quite well, but sometimes the workplace can feel a little bit too Russian as many team members only converse in Russian daily. Eventually, non-Russian speakers do feel excluded. The company is aware of this and usually team members will alternate between English and Russian to keep English speaking co-workers in the loop, but the company seems to only hire staff from Russia and Ukraine which can be frustrating to see for locals.
Pros
Decent sized team, many people to interact with and learn from.
Cons
Little bit boring, Newspaper and Magazine industry is in decline.

Great place with a professional environment There is great mentorship and a place to constantly challenge and upgrade your skills. The colleagues in finance and other departments are also great to work with.

Working environment is light. People are nice and accommodating. Schedule is flexible.

A typical day would be preparing payments, responding email, and filing documents.

Team is very multi-cultural.

Fun place to work but too disorganized, political and leadership is highly ineffective.
