What would you suggest PressReader management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Make a better effort to reach out to team members about every 4 to 6 months. Give team members an annual performance review so they can set new goals and check old ones off the list. If people are not performing well they should not be there as it is a large team and so many people can be affected by a weak performer.
