The worst part is all the micro management. The managers actually need to learn how to press records before trying to control every little thing going on. If they do that, maybe it would make their helicopter management more bearable.
New employees were constantly compared to contracted employees from the czech republic with 25+ years of experience. Yes, we get it. They're better.
I think a lot of the issues stemmed from this company just beginning to operate. There are a lot of kinks to work out with something as big as Precision Record Pressing. I hope they get it all sorted out because it really was a cool job.
