very fast paced job..on your feet for 8 hours and no matter what you give it will never be good enough..management is the biggest issue with the housekeeping department

Management/Executive top heavy, not enough frontline workers

Management is out of touch with their "workers". To much management and not enough front line workers! Spending cuts are always directed at frontline workers rather then management, executive levels.

Is a good place to work. I enjoy working for prairie mountain health. They treat the staff very well. We have a union so we are treated fairly always

They were fair, wages were low, management did not care about employees. Co workers were great and families could be hit or miss. not the best job I’ve ever had but a good job for the region
