The work was always explained very well so that you knew what was to be done everyday and so that you always had you task done with the time given. The people you work with were always willing to help if needed and the work environment was enjoyable

Benefits where amazing

Productive, educational work place

As a clerk with Prairie Mountain Health, there is a learning curve. Currently under enormous changes, there is room for growth and opportunity. The pay is barely above minimum wage, but it's a fairly stable job.

Prairie mountain

I’m in a term position right now and don’t mind it but I hate in my position to have to work so many days in row and being understaffed I have a little and a husband who is a long haul driver. I don’t want to miss my little girl growing up and depending on my dad to watch and I feel like I don’t get raise her cause I’m working so much

Tough for a young family

Managment isn’t very helpful when it come to backing up members. Long hours. Heavy work. Always working short staffed. Mandated very often to stay often because people are always calling in sick. Shift work. Hours often happen to be 16 hour days because people call in sick all the time

working with residents was fun, working with some of my colleagues made the job fun, but salary didn't cut it for being a single parent unless your a nurse. Benefits and pension are a positive with working in PMH.

benefits, pension

salary and difficulty getting something permanent

Good job. Loved the clients

I think management could be more flexible with part time workers. Don't offer full time, so need to accommodate part time. Need to offer blue cross.

Good wage

No benifets with home care

Horrid. Except for pay and benefits

It was a great job to work in as money was good. But being a young adult and working among older woman i was singled out. Ignored. I was written up for nothing. I was driven out by my fellow staff and employer. I was refused orientation in learning to clean a personal care home as my mom was employed there. I was refused training on to become a part time health care aide because of my employment as an environmental services aide which was only term position.

Salary and benefits

Terrible staff, management lacks, bullying in the work place, union does nothing to those who need help
