Ok
Stagnant wages the last few years. Lower skilled workers overpaid while higher skilled ones underpaid. Hybrid office sucks. Who wants to travel to downtown Vancouver twice a week when your job can be done completely from home. Job security is good, benefits are ok but not amazing. 7% rrsp match.

Productive team based work atmosphere
The Port of Vancouver truly looks after their employees and is one of the premier employers in Vancouver. My experience involved a team based atmosphere that was a pleasure to enroll in. I have nothing but good things to say about working here.
