What a great question! We consistently ask for feedback on how we can be doing better for our teams. Twice a year we complete an eNPS survey and respond individually to any comments from our employees. We also conduct a townhall at each location every few months where we communicate with the entire team on what's going on for Pomme as well as answer any questions, on any topic, that any member of the team may have. It's a rewarding experience!
It is my experience if an employee is treated well and listened to,an employee will always do their best to better the company and offer assistance to where it is needed.
