Another great question! Over the last twelve months, Pomme has engaged their entire management team in a professional development program involving team and 1:1 coaching to support managers in meeting their goals, the goals of the company and creating a culture of coaching to provide feedback and manage for performance. The feedback based on this initiative has been overwhelmingly positive! Everyone involved found the experience to be incredibly meaningful and were grateful to be supported in improving their leadership and engaging their teams with new initiatives. Pomme is taking things to the next level- and the results are showing in team retention and store sales.

What a great question! We consistently ask for feedback on how we can be doing better for our teams. Twice a year we complete an eNPS survey and respond individually to any comments from our employees. We also conduct a townhall at each location every few months where we communicate with the entire team on what's going on for Pomme as well as answer any questions, on any topic, that any member of the team may have. It's a rewarding experience!

When a candidate is considering Pomme for their future employment, we want them to be able to make a decision based on experience. We start our recruiting process with a phone call, followed up with an in-person interview and the last step is a two hour job shadow. During the job shadow, the candidate comes in to the store in order to spend a few hours experiencing the job they are considering. This experience provides the opportunity for both parties- employee and employer to make an educated decision about a career with Pomme.
