not a good place to work

management is horrible, lay off for no reason, hard to understand what co-workers are saying, lack of communication, overall a horrible experience working at pomerleau. I would not recommend anyone to go work there in my own opinion.

Il y a 30 minutes une personne est venu me voir dans guérite pour etre sur que je sois ok a cause de la chaleur comme je dit ils voient au confort et la sécuritée des travailleurs

Decent place for experience

Good place to work but watch your back

Fairly good place to work. People are laid-off for no good reason. Management lacks the ability to respond to issues in a timely matter. Lack of transparency and no support from upper management.

Cheer up place with less money

Fun place but cheap money. The manager has tyres to cheer up for bid completetion. However, salary is very low also less opportunity to promote the next level.

Compagnie qui a grandi trop vite et qui a pas d’ouverture d’esprit. Font croire que vos idées de développement sont bonnes les gestionnaires ne sont pas ouverts aux nouvelles idées. Ancienne mentalité et on ne peut pas penser différent du gestionnaire. Tu dois penser comme eux sinon s’est fini.

Good salary and benefits

Good place to work, they give you all necessary support to do your job. The only issue I had was lack of co-work to split the workload, not sure if they were not finding it or if they were just not hiring. Very fast-pace workplace.It's a huge company with no financial issue, most of people were very helpful and have a friendly atmosphere.

Quebec staff treated preferential

Amazing company

One of the best i work for in construction industry. it's a big entity but it's progressive and the culture is definitely a must. and its leader Pierre Pomerleau is a great person to work for, down to earth and accessible.

Avoid if you can

Management and culture not good. No atmosphere in the office. Have to be French to progress. Good in the East, not in the West. Lots of ambitious employees are leaving.
