Depending on where your put, your boss can make it break you. i’ve seen employees getting yelled at in front of me for asking a simple question. If it wasn’t for the pay i wouldn’t be here

Not bad gig
Wasn’t there long but there is a lot of issues that are not being fixed or managed. A lot of favouritism so it doesn’t matter if you work hard, advancing seems unlikely if management don’t like you. I haven’t been there long but this was visible to me in my short time there.
