Great place to work and grow

Fast paced work, always the best technologies to work with. Very dynamic environment with good support from management. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place with great people

Cool Place to Work but Lacks Seasoned Leadership

The company really tries to create an exceptional work environment, free lunches, exercise programs onsite, etc... However the biggest problem with this place is that it does not have the seasoned leadership that can handle the enormous growth that the company is undergoing. Unfortunately some employees see this as an opportunity to advance themselves and victimize others. This makes for an unnecessarily poor work environment which is really unfortunate. I learnt a lot there and am better for the experience but as things are now (or until the management is able to acknowledge these shortcomings and take steps to correct them) I would not recommend PCC as a good place to work.
