The titles and pay scale doesn't have integrity. Employee evaluations and achievements are not in direct relation to advancement. I was there for 12 years and worked with every single employee at the Latham site. Many of the manufacturing cells were over worked with hours especially as the holiday season approached. They had to work every weekend.
