There is no prospect of career advancement
A good family-owned farming company whose field of activity is the cultivation and processing of vegetables in greenhouses - greenhouses. Tomatoes and peppers.

If you enjoy working this is the place to be.
Average work day is 12 hours long and the work week tends to be six to seven days long depending on the time of year. If you go into work with the mind set that "no news is good news" you will be fine as there is never any positive comments from management. Rather management tends to only critique and focus on what employees are doing wrong and assumes that all employees are following suit. Expect very little down time and any that you do get expect it to be interrupted by management routinely. If you're a workaholic this is the place for you.

Productive
a normal day at platinum is a busy day always lots of orders to fill to keep customers happy with the product, and the number one thing you must keep in mind is to never send out anything you wouldn't want to buy and feed to your family. I learned a lot from platinum, some of the things I learned was grading of products, packaging product, and how to help my line complete customer orders and stipulations. all of the management are amazing and wonderful people to work with. the hardest part of the job is being on you feet for roughly 10 hours
