The President is a child that got the job from his dad without any experience or knowledge whatsoever. He's so afraid to hear what employees think of him that he hired someone to block people from getting in touch with him. No benefits, they require you to pay for medical expenses, you have to clock in for lunch and don't you dare spend more than 25 minutes eating. No rest, no breaks, no water and even coffee you have to bring your pods — worst experience in my entire life.
Pros
Not even a single one

Do not value their drivers and have no empathy. Managers and owners do not know how to speak with drivers and always blame drivers even if their own mistake. Pay only 2.5 or 3 bucks per delivery. They have a poor quality of pizza base. All who order just because it is cheapest but for those who consider quality will never order from there. Minimum tips and lots of burden.

Great place to work if you need flexible hours while in school.

Great hours if you don't mind starting late and working late.

Management is often young and inexperienced.

A lot of really caring and lovely older women who work during the mornings

DO NOT WORK HERE!!

Pizza hotline offers flexible shifts, and currently allows reading or studying between calls (though that may change). The call center staff are friendly and helpful to new employees. The call center's immediate supervisors are fair and accommodating.
On the negative side, there are no raises, no benefits, no employee discounts, and very little room for advancement. There is little to no initial training.
The company policies are frustratingly changeable, and there is a noticeable lack of confidence in the call center staff from the upper management.
Pros
flexible shifts, friendly co-workers
Cons
no raises or benefits

The CEO was made aware of the bullying going on in the workplace but ignored the problem. The company ended up losing a lot of good employees' just because of this human rights issue.

Would not work for the CEO ever again.
Cons
bullying was allowed in the workplace. Kept employees who are slackers.

pay is horrible and they do not give raises. ever
they say they offer bonuses, but i have never seen anyone make a bonus in over 2 years

most team leaders don't care and don't like to be bothered

the owner never acknowledges his employees, doesn't say hi or care to even look at you to smile
their version of providing a ride (legally must provide) home after midnight is you have to wait until one of the delivery drivers delivers his last order, so on weekdays after a 1am shift, you should be home by 230am or 430am on weekends
there is no room for mistakes, you will be let go

you are not allowed to sit close to other workers because talking is a distraction

you cannot read, do a crossword or look at your phone either or you will be let go

be prepared to sit silently for long periods of time staring at your screen

there is constant changes to their rules, so no one really knows what they are suppose to do, like no communication from your boss ever

very poorly ran, no experienced employees

pay sometimes is mixed up, make sure you calculate your own hours or you will be ripped off (they won't tell you, you have to tell them)

mgr just sat on her butt all day and didn't know anything about the system to help anyone, had to always ask around for help

best part is other employees, which are great, but never around long enough to know them

worst part is pretty much everything else

This place has such a potential to be a great working atmosphere but they run it with fear mongering and never put their employees first that alot of great companies do. which means no

Most team members are nice and easygoing. Food safety regulations are followed thoroughly and there is a sense of respect between management and workers. A lot of positions are given to friends or through relation to the management. Drivers usually make more cash per shift than the standard minimum wage the kitchen staff gets.
Pros
No interview required to get the job (need to know someone)
Cons
Usually not enough hours

Open the store for the day, make dough until mid afternoon and then prepare the store for dinner.

I was extremely overqualified for this job and thus ended up teaching others.

Management was unqualified for the daily running of the store so I often did things beyond my job description.

Management ordering too much food and getting them to understand that you can't use product after a certain period and to order smartly.

Quickly chatting with regulars :)
Pros
Free lunch, tips
Cons
Health and safety concerns
