fun and unique setting
This was a challenging and unique setting to work. I appreciated the mentorship and range of clinical services offered. Got lots of experience working 1:1 with clients.

Don’t recommend working here unless you are just out of high school or have no secondary education.
Hired for a specific position but no work in that position so paid a lower wage than agreed upon and doing work I was not hired for. Training.... if you could call it that was minimal if any at all. Lack of communication between main branch and northern branch. Supervisors are absent 90% of the time so no guidance.

Poor working environment, often pay cheque would bounce, or get pay late,
Poor environment to work for. Management took too much off the top of the parents funding dollars, and the money that was for their children's therapy would be used up too quickly . Not supportive of the BIs and lots of finger pointing and blaming others for when things went wrong. Too many bosses , not well trained staff, complicated billing and often did not get paid on time, or when paid, the cheque would bounce. Hours were not good. Had to have many clients to make a decent pay cheque, however, could not provide proper or supportive service to the families due to the large demand of families that you needed to have in order to make a living. Not a positive working environment.
