Production Worker (Former Employee) - Aurora, ON - 13 September 2020
This company is a disaster in the pharmaceutical industry. There is no GMP to follow, for example, all the employees and managers have their rings and necklace while working in production plant!
All the products are potent and toxic for the production workers.
There is no AC in the production plants and in the summer is very hard to work under +40 degrees.

The culture is Quality Control and management are terrible. Management is immature and will fire you if you speak out.The supervisors need more training on dealing with people

It’s is a chemical plant….everyone looks out for themselves..

Dog eat dog… The managers are scared to go to the supply chain management over errors on their behalf.. They do not pay at all what they should for working in a chemical plant that’s what it is no matter what kind of fancy pharmaceutical name you try to put on it..

Underpayed, overworked. 12 hr shift rotation. Two faced coworkers and managers. Arrogant and Bad teamwork.
